Mark was fantastic to work with! We were working with an agent in the Philadelphia area, but she was unable to show us a home in the Harrisburg area. Our agent in Philly reached out to Mark and he was able to get us in to see the property that same weekend! Throughout the entire process, his communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make things easier for us. He even took the time to research and provide information on the local service providers we would need to contact, including cable, internet, propane, and other utilities. Mark was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us. We highly recommend him and would gladly work with him again in the future.
