Dana Laricks Little

I had a very difficult property to sell. It was large and in a county outside of the major metro-area. Dana worked long and hard to make the deal come together. She was patient with me when my expectations were unreasonable, and became a real partner in the process. I had two deals fall through before the final deal was made. This gave me the opportunity to see how some other agents operate. It's my belief that if the other agents (representing the buyers) had been as professional as Dana was, we could have sealed a deal earlier. Dana was critical to making my deal come together.
