We can't recommend Mark Den Bleyker highly enough. As first-time homebuyers, we came in with a million questions about the process and every property, and Mark answered every one with patience, candor, and clarity. While touring each house, he asked the questions we failed to ask ourselves. Having Mark with us for house viewings was like having a tremendously well-informed friend with us. From day one, it was clear Mark was working his butt off, behind the scenes, to keep the process smooth and fun(!) for us. When we were faced with a short bid deadline, Mark met us for a late showing, jumped on late-night calls, and kept us updated at every turn. His communication and persistence with sellers, etc., made sure we had all of the information we needed to make sound decisions. Mark never pushed us toward a decision we weren't ready for. In fact, he steered us away from a few "lemons"--including one that would have been a particularly huge mistake. After researching that home's convoluted appraisal and inspection history, Mark explained all of the risks with the property and helped us avoid a catastrophe. Mark's honesty and diligence seems rare these days, and we're so grateful for it. We've been living in our new home -- the one we purchased with Mark's help -- for almost a year now.
