He worked hard to make sure everything was in order, but also took the time to answer any questions we had (and explaining things in a way that first time home-buyers can understand). His extensive knowledge of not just the real estate market, but experience in how homes are built was invaluable. All in all, a great agent - don't regret a thing about working with him!
