Dana made the entire selling process extremely simple for us. She was professional and responsive to our needs, guiding us through every step of the process. The best thing I can say about our experience is that with Dana's help our house was on the market on Tuesday, and by Friday of the same week we had four offers; we sold it for the asking price and closed two weeks later.

Dana entered into a difficult house sale via reference from a friend/colleague. Dana was careful, strategic, did her homework, pushed us to do what had to be done to sell the house, tough, but kind and no nonsense. I am grateful to her for EVERYTHING she did for me and my son. Dana is a powerful force who knows how to get things done, but is still kind, realistic and understands that sometimes home sales aren't necessarily a happy/positive time for sellers.
