Dana is amazing. Made me feel comfortable through a stressful process of buying a home long distance. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. She communicated live to ensure details did not get missed nor were confusing. She represented my point of view to the sellers clearly and firmly, and negotiated on my behalf to ensure all transactions were fair and reasonable. One example was during home inspection she noticed An item that was missing that was Not disclosed by the seller and negotiated a fair payment to cover it.
