The best thing I can say about our experience is that with Dana's help our house was on the market on Tuesday, and by Friday of the same week we had four offers; we sold it for the asking price and closed two weeks later.

Dana entered into a difficult house sale via reference from a friend/colleague. Dana was careful, strategic, did her homework, pushed us to do what had to be done to sell the house, tough, but kind and no nonsense. I am grateful to her for EVERYTHING she did for me and my son.
