Dana treated us like we had a million dollar budget instead of our under $200,000 downsizing budget. We were out of state buyers who had to have a house in less than 6 weeks. From Dana and our son & daughter-in-law doing preliminary house hunting to my 3 day visit to actually buy a house ready to move into in 3 weeks, Dana had the craziness under control. She deftly handled the offer negotiations and got us an accepted offer before I flew home. She was always available for my calls or texts. And she had an excellent home inspector ready to go as well as helping us line up a contractor to do the necessary accessibility remodeling. She made the process of closing in Michigan one day and closing locally the next fairly calm. I would highly recommend Dana Little for your home buying needs.
