Dana is an amazing realtor. She was recommended to me by a coworker and she was everything we expected, but so much more. We were looking for an affordable house that wouldn't sacrifice comfort and would be the home we expanded our family in. She was very helpful even with us being military and having crazy schedules and being 5+ hours away. She was able to keep us in the loop on homes coming onto the market and help us make informed decisions even in a very crazy seller's market. We ended up scoring the best house we saw (she even showed us new construction) but the house she found was amazing!! I can't think her enough for putting up with me and my many last second trips to find us a house in time for my new command check in! She was great and if looking for a home in Pennsylvania I would high recommend you call her first!

I had a very difficult property to sell. It was large and in a county outside of the major metro-area. Dana worked long and hard to make the deal come together. She was patient with me when my expectations were unreasonable, and became a real partner in the process. I had two deals fall through before the final deal was made. This gave me the opportunity to see how some other agents operate. It's my belief that if the other agents (representing the buyers) had been as professional as Dana was, we could have sealed a deal earlier. Dana was critical to making my deal come together.
