Dana was very helpful with the home finding process. The only issue that we had was when it came time to bid on the house. We were in a time crunch because there were other bids and they were only taking offers for a about another hour. Dana immediately went into realtor mode and got all of the paperwork done. However she was showing her competitive side and encouraged us to not ask for sellers help with closing costs. I am not sure that this was the right thing to do. In the end it all worked out, but we were a little concerned with that decision initially. We love Dana though!!!

Dana is an amazing realtor. She was recommended to me by a coworker and she was everything we expected, but so much more. We were looking for an affordable house that wouldn't sacrifice comfort and would be the home we expanded our family in. She was very helpful even with us being military and having crazy schedules and being 5+ hours away. She was able to keep us in the loop on homes coming onto the market and help us make informed decisions even in a very crazy seller's market. We ended up scoring the best house we saw (she even showed us new construction) but the house she found was amazing!! I can't think her enough for putting up with me and my many last second trips to find us a house in time for my new command check in! She was great and if looking for a home in Pennsylvania I would high recommend you call her first!
