Dana made the entire selling process extremely simple for us. She was professional and responsive to our needs, guiding us through every step of the process. The best thing I can say about our experience is that with Dana's help our house was on the market on Tuesday, and by Friday of the same week we had four offers; we sold it for the asking price and closed two weeks later.

Dana entered into a difficult house sale via reference from a friend/colleague. Dana was careful, strategic, did her homework, pushed us to do what had to be done to sell the house, tough, but kind and no nonsense. I am grateful to her for EVERYTHING she did for me and my son. Dana is a powerful force who knows how to get things done, but is still kind, realistic and understands that sometimes home sales aren't necessarily a happy/positive time for sellers. Dana was spectacular! She was recommended by a coworker and even with my busy schedule and military commitments she was able to help a find a house in 2 quick trips! She really listened to our needs and only presented houses that met our needs. We ended up with a perfect home for our family to start growing and we couldn't be happier! I know Dana is top talent and I would recommend her to any military member because of her no nonsense demeanor!

Dana was very helpful with the home finding process. The only issue that we had was when it came time to bid on the house. We were in a time crunch because there were other bids and they were only taking offers for a about another hour. Dana immediately went into realtor mode and got all of the paperwork done. However she was showing her competitive side and encouraged us to not ask for sellers help with closing costs. I am not sure that this was the right thing to do. In the end it all worked out, but we were a little concerned with that decision initially. We love Dana though!!!
