Dana has helped us sell two houses and purchase one over the past 6 years. Should we need a realtor again, Dana is the only one we will call. During the pandemic she was the voice of reason and logic. Very calming and supportive. She knows her stuff and gets right to the point. When dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars you shouldn't have to guess and you will never have to do that with Dana. She is invaluable.

She will quickly learn what your preferences are and offer insights on the areas you're interested in. You'll have such an enjoyable and smooth (Yes it was smooth despite selling during COVID-19) experience that you'll almost wish it didn't have to end...Almost! :) I've recommended her time and again and will continue to do so. Ms. Little, had wonderful skills in figuring exactly what we were looking for within the very specific parameters we gave her. It was as if she knew what we were thinking before even we did. Uncanny! She was patient with us as we were purchasing during COVID-19 lockdowns and living abroad at the time. By the end of the whole process we trusted her judgement wholeheartedly and she did not disappoint us. Bonus: She will also be one of our town neighbors.....which will be an added perk coming out of this sale.
