Our house was on the market for over a year when we switched realtors (for the third time) to Dana Little. It was a beautiful, new home with one major drawback - a very steep driveway....most prospective buyers weren't even going into the house once they saw it. Realizing that, Dana incented the buyers' realtors with a free car wash coupon if they simply brought the client inside the home...and the house sold in a month. Very creative thinking!!!
