Meet Dana Little

I’ve been in real estate since 1996 and have accumulated the knowledge and experience needed to expertly navigate you through the transaction process with ease. My grandparents founded Laricks Real Estate in Sea Isle City, NJ and from that moment on, real estate became the family business. I was consistently taught about acceptable practices in order to prepare me for my future. It was exciting to have an understanding of the industry and to be given the opportunity to watch and learn from other’s mistakes long before I would be ready to make this career my own. When I was ready, I had a distinguishing sense of confidence that enabled me to better prepare my clients for their transaction which gave me the skills necessary to tailor each experience to their unique needs.

Outside of real estate, I am a mother and a wife. I have one child in college and another in high school. We live in Central PA and have for a long time. Although I grew up in New Jersey, I went to college in Elizabethtown and fell in love with this area, knowing it was the perfect place to raise my family. I’ve been in Central PA for so long that I have come to learn intimate details about each individual community and use this information to help my clients find an area that fits their distinctive personality and interests.
